Freshwater Future Spring Climate Symposium Cleveland, Ohio

April 26, 2013 • Cleveland, OH • Glidden House
Overview
Freshwater Future and EcoAdapt
team up again to offer the 6th climate adaptation symposium to
learn how to incorporate climate
change elements into existing work, connect with climate
adaptation resources for your
work, and network with others.
This event is two events in one "Watershed Savvy: Incorporating Climate
Adaptation into Your Existing Work" and "Community Savvy: Make Your Neighborhood More
Resilient to Climate Change". The workshops included ways to help participants start developing
adaptation projects- by exploring the following questions and
grant resources:
- What is climate adaptation and what will it mean for your community?
- How can climate change impact your organization's work?
- What are the communities around the Great Lakes and across the country doing to build climate resistance?
- How can you make your organization's work climate-savvy?
- Freshwater Future's Climate Grants Program
